I've been on a bit of a "motivation kick" recently, and I wanted to share a bit of it with you. Neil Gaiman (the author—maybe you've heard of him), gave this speech…last year, I want to say.

Then again, the rest of the talk is really great also, and the whole thing is only something like 10-20 minutes (I know, I know, that's 20 minutes of your very precious time, but it's worth it)! If you've got a few minutes, check it out!
